Suggest Treatment For Red And Brown Lesions On Chest

I am 23 yrs old male.I am suffering from plc since 2 yrs,in which lessions of red & brown in color has been appearing chest,trunk,hands,back.i am getting its treatment also but lessions are not getting away completely.plz tell me the right and efficient treatment for plc to cure it completely.Will i ever get rid of this disease or not?plz tell
