Suggest Treatment For Red And Itchy Skin Rashes On Ankle

I did a long drive followed by a flight and seminar that involved a lot of sitting. During that time my lower legs became very swollen and the skin around both ankles started to split (like stretch marks). It has been almost 4 weeks and the swelling was gone in 48 hours from getting home and putting my feet up but the skin rash won t go away on the front of both ankles. It is red and itchy but doesn t appear to be spreading.
