Suggest Treatment For Red And Painful Bliter

Hi, I seem to have a blister (very red, irritated blotch about an inch wide), raised and painful. I bought gauze and tape and neosporin ointment for pain for it. Is there anything else I can do? The underwire in my bra, under my breast has caused this.
