Suggest Treatment For Red And Painful Ear During Pregnancy

i have very painful ear that is swallon redish inside a and has no wax except some clear liquid that is leaking,i have been using the adco-otised and betnesol -n they are not helping its been more than four months and im now 21 weeks pregnant.please help cant sleep at night.when the other one gets better the other starts again with the same problem
