Suggest Treatment For Red And Sore Burn Area

Hi I have a burn that I'm not sure the degree of. It has been five days and my burn is still red and sore. The area around the burn is scabbing but the middle is still raw. It does not hurt unless it's being touched. I just want to know if this is normal or if it is infected and also how long it will take to heal.
