Suggest Treatment For Red And Swollen Foreskin

hi ,doctor.I am male,21 years old,and I have a serious problem that make me very nervous and confuse,a few hours ago,I have gone to adult store and buy a penis enlargement,but the result is my foreskin become red and become swelled,what can I do now to get my skin become normal again,please help me Doctor!I am a college student and didnt have a health insurance yet,so please help me to get out of this sistuation.
