Suggest Treatment For Red And Very Itchy Vagina

My vagina is red and very itchy and feels sore Like small cuts I have no odor or discharge. Have tried treating it for yeast infection but has not helped. I'm 30 yes old weight 55 kilos and I'm 5,1. I have been with the same partner and been tested for STD but all negative. No medical conditions.
