Suggest Treatment For Red Blistering Rash On Arms, Legs And Lower Back

I have a red, blistering rash on my arms & legs & lower back. It's patchy. My gp gave me a steroid cream which seemed to feed it so my local docs gave me treatment for scabies although said he was positive thats not what it was. I have tried the creams and I'm still itchy
