Suggest Treatment For Red Blisters In My Hand

I have a small (1/4 inch, 6mm) round red blister on the back of my hand that is sometimes mildly itchy but not painful. It has persisted for about 4 weeks, sometimes looking like it is shrinking but then regaining size. There is a smattering (15-20) of very small bumps (1mm) nearby that are barely visible (slightly darker than skin color). I have oral herpes and would say that this is not uncomfortable as a herpes infection. I am a 54 year old male in good health (5'11'', 160 lbs).
