Suggest Treatment For Red Blisters On Hands With Swelling

I have a bunch of red pinprick blister looking dots all over the front and back of my hands. They hurt if I brush against them or touch them, but do not itch. It feels as if my hand is swollen when I try to close it into a fist, but my hand doesn't look to be swollen. This is day two and some seem to look filled with puss, but as I popped on there was nothing in it but left a deep hole, nothing came out. This is not the first time I have experienced these, and thought I may have touched something, but this time I know for sure I have done nothing out of the ordinary to make these appear. Can you help?
