Suggest Treatment For Red Blotches And Swelling On The Leg

I wake up in the morning with my left leg swollen almost up to the knee...and a red ring or red splotches around the ankle. By the end of the day I am swollen to the knee on both legs but the left is almost twice the size and the red goes all the way around the ankle.
