Suggest Treatment For Red Blotchy Rash All Over The Chest/neck

I get an angry looking red blotchy rash all over my chest and neck when I'm nervous or stressed and also sometimes when I drink alcohol! It's been happening for years. Is there any cure for this and does anyone else suffer with this problem? It's quite embarrasing and when people point it out it makes it worse!
