Suggest Treatment For Red, Blotchy Rashes On Chest

Hi, For a while now I keep getting a red blotchy rash all over my chest. It only seems to occur when I eat hot food, I get nervous in a situation like interview for instance or if I drink alcohol but sometimes if I just change environment it can occur. It flares up for about 20 minutes then goes away. Are there any treatments I can take for this? Thank you
