Suggest Treatment For Red Bruising Around The Lips With Dryness

Last week i had a red brusing in and around my lips and also my lips were very dry, this week i have developed a couple mouth ulcers inside my bottom lip and my right gland is very sore and tender to touch. Help? I am 23 males and gerneraly a fit person. I havent really ever had any health issues but last year i had a urine infection and it caused my kidneys to only work 26% which i was in hospital for a week while they flushed my kidneys and they began to repair.
