Suggest Treatment For Red Bump On Leg

I have a red bump on my leg and it is warm to the touch about the size of a nickle and when I squeeze it clear liquid comes out. It came up yesterday and this morning it had a head on it so popped it. Now I squeeze and clear liquid comes out. I am worried it could be staph.
