Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps All Over The Body

I am 25 yrs old and last night had an itchy red bumpy rash on my left bottom cheek. it was so itchy that I did scratch now the rash has gone purple and I can feel a bruise under the skin. I am getting little red bumps all over my body now. I did have a head ach but that is it. I feel ok but the rash is getting worse and does not go away under the glass test.
