Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps Between The Groin And Belly

My boyfriend has recently had small red bumps pop up between his groin area and belly botton. They dont resemble a rash and kinda look like zits but you cant pop them. They dont itch or bother him much at all, and he occasionally trims that area. What are they.
