Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps In Inner Thigh

Hi, I am a 26 year old female. In the past two days I have noticed a few red bumps on my inner thigh. They seem alsmost like blisters but do not bleed. A few turned into scabs. I have had no fever or "flulike" symptoms. There are no sores inside my vagina. I just recently started having sex with a new partner. He did not have any lesions and we used a condom. Could this be herpes?
