Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps On Leg

I am a 33 YO female. 5'5" and 195lbs. no medical issues. 2 pregnancy's w/ natural child birth. I have a red bump on calf. it is about the size of a end of a pencel eraser. it is hard. doesn't itch or hurt, and I usually don't even think about it. Not sure how long it has been there, I though it was a bug bite. I kept hiting it with my razor when I shave, and thought it may be scar tissue now. another smaller bump has apeared same leg, and has not gone away been a few months
