Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps On Lower Legs

I have red lumps small 1/4 of an inch on lower extremities. I bruise easy and the upper top of my legs burn regularily and daily I also have my throat and gut are red and irregular and cannot hold down food. I have been tested and no meds have worked. Please advise.
