Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps On The Penis

Hi, I noticed that there was red bumps on my penis gland. There were 5 to 6 bumps in to different patches and they lasted for about a week and went away. There was no pain peeing or any blistering and my penis never hurt or was tender. I'm uncircumsized. Im peeing a lot more almost a half hour after I drink. I also had unprotected sex 3 months ago
