Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps On The Penis

I have 3 red bumps, 2 on the scrotum and 1 on the top of the penis. They are all about the size of a pea. They seem to be just itchy not sore, with nothing leaking out. Started 2 weeks ago with just 1 bump, now the 2 other have spread and the first 1 seems to be going away. The last one on the penis just started 3 days ago.
