Suggest Treatment For Red Circle On The Breast

                                             I have a red circle on the skin on my breast,I went to my doctor (dermatologist) she gave me Econazole to mix with hydrocortisone .It did not help another time she gave me Laprox with Hydrocortisone again it did not help the circle got much biger.



Please tell me what is it and can I do?
