Suggest Treatment For Red Dots On Cheek

hi im experiencing break out on my face which i never had before im now 21 some are small red dots over cheeks mostly and getting worst as in getting more around cheek area and have raised skin colour dots as well and pustules around temple area. how come im breaking out what could be the cause
