Suggest Treatment For Red, Inflamed And Swollen Mole While Having Eczema

over the last few weeks whilst suffering with eczema I have noticed that a few of my moles have become red and inflamed and in some case have been scratched clean off. However I have just discovered one that is really quite sore to touch and has become swollen and turned red. Can you please advise.
