Suggest Treatment For Red Itchy Bumps On Hand

hello my name is nina n im 19 years old, so for the past 5 days i been having thesse red tiny bumps. at first i thought something bit me n i was allergic to it. but then the next four days past n now it has traveled to my hand its only the right arm n hand were these little red dots have appeared however they seem to be itchy but not as itchy.. do u have any idea what this might be.? please help thank you soo much
