Suggest Treatment For Red Itchy Rashes All Over The Body

My name is ann,living in the phil.im 32 years of age,47kls, 5feet and an inches tall.i been suffering from tagulabay for many years,it is red itchy rushes appear on every part of my body except on my face.i've seen a dermatologist,she gave me celestamin and iterax to take for two weeks but still the itchy red skin still there after i stop to take the said medicine.pls help me to cure my tagulabay totaly.thanks for your time answering my query.
