Suggest Treatment For Red Itchy Rashes On The Thighs And Scrotum

hi I have a red itchy rash for a few weeks now ,it is located on both sides of my thighs & scrotum area ,I have been treating it with sudocrem & ollatum but it does not seem to work. the rash feels both hot &itchy. I was wondering if I could be allergicto some soap powders.
