Suggest Treatment For Red, Itchy Skin Rash And Diarrhea

My 2 year old daughter has a red, itchy skin rash covering nearly her entire body. She also has diarrhea. The diarrhea has lasted on and off for 3 days. It was particularly runny last night and rather smelly. There is no fever and she does not seem to be feeling bad otherwise. She is not eating much but is still drinking plenty of fluids so I don t think she is dehydrated.
