Suggest Treatment For Red Itchy Swollen Bumps In Right Buttocks

I have like red swelling bumps in my right butt cheeks. I used to have something like this before and after applying lamisil cream the itch and bumps went away but it left a scar. The second time same thing happen and i was wondering this is the third time and it only comes out within that area like almost same place. what could it be?
