Suggest Treatment For Red Marks Around Chin And Eyes

Hi

I am an 18 year old male and I have red marks around my eyes and on my chin, at the moment my face is currently weeping with liquid coming out, this has been happening for 6 months now and I have been to the doctors on numerous occasions and the medicine they have provided has not worked. They recently gave me hibiscrub but this has failed to work.

What should i do ?
