Suggest Treatment For Red Patches On The Arms

i have red round sorse with black crusty centers on my legs and paches of red skin that resembles a sun burn on my sides and upper arms. VERY itchy, sometimes feels like i have something small crawling on me but i can't see anything. i have been treeted twice for scabies but with no results.
