Suggest Treatment For Red Patches On Thigh

Hi , I have a red patch on my thigh (outer) . I had noticed it months ago , but didnt bother as it is very pale . it cannot always be seen and gets darker. If you rub it it disappears . Its a perfect circle and looks like a blood clot. What could it be ?
