Suggest Treatment For Red Pimple On The Face

Got these small red pimple kind of reaction after bleaching my face. I have used this bleach several times bt had this reaction for the first time. Mayb because i immediately went out in sun after bleaching my face. I hve just applied ice on affected area, bt its increasing. Plz help.
