Suggest Treatment For Red Rashes And Black Patches On Face And Body

My e mail address YYYY@YYYY , I am Monowara Sultana from Dhaka Bangladesh has been under treatment from Feb 2010 initially for red rashes on the face and parts of body and later black patches. The rash goes and appears but the black pathches does not disappear rather has farther progressed. Had been under an Allergy Doctor and later after biopsy with a DLE suspect Doctor. Medicine - Hydrocholoroquine 100mg and later 200mg. No progress seen. Inted to visit Kolkata in March this year and meet an expert. pl suggest
