Suggest Treatment For Red Rashes On Bottom Of Right Foot

i am 17 with no past history of rashes but i have a red rash on the bottom of my right foot that almost looks like ringworm spots but i have had it before and it went away on its own but is now back. they are red blotches that line my sole it is also sometimes very itchy and stings to the touch. what is it?
