Suggest Treatment For Red Rashes On Chin

27yr male. I have red rashes on my chin (on my chin only). It also flakes like dandruff. It seems to worsen when I shave or rub moisturizer lotion on it. It doesn't ever itch, but I'm not ruling out seborrheic dermatitis even though itching seems to be one of the tell-tale symptoms. I've tried Head and Shoulders (both normal and Intensive Treatment) and it just seems to irritate it / make it more red and dry. Please help, thanks in advance.
