Suggest Treatment For Red Rashes On The Genitals

I have a strange rash on my private area. It started developing about 2-3 weeks ago and has progressively gotten worse. It is red rings that start out small, but get bigger. They are usually dry and look similar to ringworms, but i know they aren't, because they don't itch and they aren't protruding from skin. Please help, thanks.
