Suggest Treatment For Red Rashes On The Stomach

hi, ive had this rash on my right leg, for a few weeks now, but then 3 or 4 days ago i started getting lumps on my stomach, red rashes around white spot like things, now, my right eye started going black a few hours ago, and my pupil is smaller then the other one, aswell as that it seems the right side of my body is going colourless and im feeling dizzy
