Suggest Treatment For Red Rashes Under Breast While Treating Shingles

I am just getting over shingles from my back to my middle. I have taken a lot of medications for this and am still taking meds for nerve pain. On my other side that the shingles didn't occur, under my breast in the last 2 days I have noticed a red rash it looks raw but it doesn't itch or hurt. It looks worse than it did this morning. I perspire under there because of some of the meds I take. Help
