Suggest Treatment For Red Spot On Cheek Caused Due To Kitchen Cleansers

hello. i was cleaning an oven with easy off and i used gloves and a mask. While i was cleaning, i felt sharp pain on my cheek, it felt like a mosquito bite but i have a lot of breakouts and sometimes they feel like that so i didn t do anything. after about an hour i looked in the mirror and there was a small red hole on my cheek. I am pretty sure its from easy off. what do i do? and i ho i treat it so it doesnt leave a scar?
