Suggest Treatment For Red Spots And Whiteheads On The Back

I am a 39 yr old male and had a back wax for first time about 12 days ago.....have lots of red spots now, some with white heads. I applied tee tree for first few days and did not have hot shower for two days as suggested by waxer. I use an exfoliating mitt during showering too, but the spots are still there
