Suggest Treatment For Red Spots In Mouth

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...the inside of my lips are raw. There are a couple of little red spots,almost like almost bleeding.My tongue is red and cracked and it very raw and hurts. Last but not least my mouth is very dry. Could this be something other than stress?
