Suggest Treatment For Red Spots In The Groin

I have 2 blotches around my pubic area, one on the left and one on the right. They are both reasonably red although not itchy until I touch them. I've tried sudacrem on them for the past 4 days but no result. I am a gay man and have only ever had sex with a man (unprotected). What could this be?
