Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On All Over The Body

hello, this is Henry, i would like someone to help me find some answers about my skin rash..lately its been happening everyday that i get these bad red spots all over my body and tends to get worse at night...it itches all night... i am very allergic to seafood, all nuts and grains, grass, peanut butter, pork and many other things... can someone help me find some suggestions that would help?
