Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On Back, Upper Arms And Shoulders

Two months ago I noticed some red spots appearing on my back, upper arms and shoulders after showering. The spots remain on my skin but show signs of disappearing. However, whenever I shower again they reappear. They don't itch or irritate in any way but I am still a little concerned as to what it might be.
