Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On Inner Arms

Hello doctors I am a 21 year old female, I live with my fiancé. I'm 5'1 and weight 138. I was writing to ask about some red spots I have been getting on my skin. They started in my inner arms with a big red circle and a week or two weeks layer it turned brown. They it started spreading around my body but they are red for one or two days and then turned brown, unlike the first one. They are not itchy nor burning. They look like hickies and then turn brown/orange. I have been having this for 3 weeks and now I have in on my arms, side stomach, leggs, back, and an 1" below my underware line. I haven't gone to the doctors, I'm first trying to find out what's wrong with me by searching on line and I haven't been able to find anything. Can someone shed some light on me please.
