Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On Legs

I have for almost a year red spots on both legs with small lumps. Initially there was no pain but recently I am experiencing extreme pain in my both legs and find it very difficult to walk. I can not walk at all without some sort of footwear because I have burning sensation and pain in soles of my both legs. I in great misery and because of this my work is suffering. Kindly suggest me some solution. Thanks
