Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On My Nose

I've been blowing huge hard red boggers out of my nose for about a week now I don't have any idea of what is going on ! When I say huge I'm talking about the sizes of dimes and a couple of them were as big as quarters !!! Can you please give me an answer ? Ty
