Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On Palms After Treated For Strepthroat

Hi, I am on Penicillin for Strepthroat. My sorethroat and fever are gone but the Dr. suggested that I continue my antibiotic dose for the full 10 days. I have 5 more days left to take the medicine. 2 Days ago I noticed that on my palms and feet, there were red spots, "target" like ( non itchy, but painful to touch). I have never had these dots before. Should I be worried about these and should I still continue to take Penicillin? Is there an over the counter medication for these spots?
